Cooking Tips

  1. Use fresh mozzarella. Save money and make the best tasting pasta napoletana!
  2. Make sure your pasta is al dente, not overcooked. The sauce will be even better if it’s not too dry. You can tell by tasting it…it should be soft but have some bite to it, like when you bite into a piece of hot pizza crust.
  3. Make sure your pasta is cooked all the way through, otherwise it won’t absorb all of the sauce at once and will taste like sawdust (aka: no flavor).
  4. Add more butter at the end of cooking to help thicken up the sauce without adding more oil or grease into your dish!

Storage

The best way to store Pasta Napoletana is in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Be sure to check the expiration date on the container before storing it so you don’t lose any of its flavors!

If you want to freeze your pasta Napoletana, be sure that it is completely cooled before freezing. When it’s completely defrosted, make sure you drain all of the water from it before cooking.

Health Benefits

Here are three things pasta Napoletana can do for your body:

1. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety. According to a study published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, healthy fats found in Spaghetti Napoletana can help reduce inflammation in the brain, which is associated with depression.

2. It helps you burn belly fat! These carbs contain complex carbohydrates that increase insulin sensitivity and help regulate blood sugar levels. This means they’ll prompt your body to use stored fat as energy instead of carbohydrates.

3. It makes you more alert and focused! Pasta Napoletana has been shown by several studies to be an effective aid in improving cognitive function when consumed regularly over time—and it can help keep you focused during stressful times too!

There are about 1,000 calories in the cheesecake factory pasta Napoletana recipe, which is on the higher side for most people. If you want to cut back on calories, try cutting out some of your favorite ingredients—such as sauce, garlic, and cheese—and replacing them with healthier versions.
